Shruti Haasan bonds with fans at Reliance Digital store, Hyderabad
Reliance Digital, India's largest and fastest growing, electronics
retail chain came together with Filmfare to organise a tech fan meet
with actress Shruti Haasan. The event was organised at the Reliance
Digital store in Banjara hills, Hyderabad. Shruti is also a gizmo
enthusiast and a regular shopper at Reliance Digital, where she said she
gets a wide range of gadgets and brands to choose from. Speaking on the
occasion, she said, "I had a lovely time at Filmfare Face-to-Face event
at Reliance Digital store." At the event, Shruti interacted with her
fans in a freewheeling discussion and a few lucky fans got an
opportunity to get photographed with the star. Fans were delighted to
meet their idol and the actress was sporty enough to sign merchandise
for them. Shruti also talked about her passion for movies and music and
shared information about her upcoming film projects.
Court to rule on if it can hear suit against Aamir Khan
Mumbai, Dec 17 A Mumbai civil court today said it
will pronounce its order on December 19 on whether it has the
jurisidction to hear a suit seeking a ban on the release of
Aamir Khan-starrer 'PK' on grounds of "obscenity".

Hyderabad, Dec 17: Local MP and chief of All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul
Muslimeen Asaduddin Owaisi on Tuesday criticised the macabre attack in
an army school in Peshawar in Pakistan that saw the killing of 141

In a tweet post, Owaisi condemned the gruesome killing of the
schoolchildren and said the killers have no mercy or humanity and wanted

Indian Muslims criticised the ghastly act in sharp terms. While Aslam
Ghazi of the Jamaat-e-Islami sought hanging of the "animals" who
perpetrated the attack, Dr Zaheer Kazi, president of the
Anjuman-I-Islam, said Islam never approved of such killing of innocent
people and consider it as a murder of humanity,a report published in the
Mumbai Mirror said.
The Students Islamic Movement, student wing of the Jamaat-e-Islami, also
issued a statement condemning the attack.
